What this site does

Fix My Speaker Team is a free, browser-based tool that plays a sound which may help loosen light water or dust near a phone speaker, along with guides about cleaning and testing speakers. You do not need an account to use it.

The speaker tool and your audio

The speaker tool does not collect audio, use your microphone, or upload sound. It only plays sound out through your device. It does not listen, it does not record, and it does not send any audio anywhere. The tool is built so that it does not request microphone access at all.

No accounts and no login

We do not offer or require accounts, sign-ups, or logins to use the tool. So we do not ask for or store usernames or passwords.

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. That is a firm position, not a temporary one.

No access to your files

The tool does not open, scan, or access the personal files, photos, or contacts on your device. It runs in your browser and plays a sound, nothing more.

No payments or newsletter right now

We do not collect payment or card details, because the tool is free and there is nothing to buy. We do not run an email newsletter. If either of these changes in the future, we will update this policy first to explain what we collect and why.

Contact form and email

If you email us or use a contact form, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and your message. We use it only to read and reply to you. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal data through these channels. We keep messages only as long as needed to handle your request.

Server logs
